Refund requests must be made within 15 days after receipt of your goods. Please email a return request to hairwellbrand@gmail.com for product cost reimbursement and taxes. All return products must be unused and in its original packaging. Packages that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for refunds. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Returns must be made by mail. To return products by mail, use the following procedure: Go to your nearest shipping/ mailing service facility and pay the necessary return postage fees. Upon product receipt a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
